ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided they meet our return requirements. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable and will not be included in any issued credit notes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCESS

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our criteria, we will process an exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for exchanged items. We strongly advise purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for insuring returned items against loss or damage during transit.

POLICY FOR SITE-WIDE SALES AND FINAL SALE ITEMS

Products purchased during site-wide sales or labeled as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

ORDER POLICY

Returns are not available for international orders.
To ensure efficient delivery and minimize delays, we recommend pre-paying duty taxes at checkout. This helps avoid parcels being held at local sorting facilities or awaiting instructions from couriers regarding tax payments.
